Trump administration lays out roadmap to streamline tariff talks, WSJ reports

(Reuters) – U.S. officials plan to conduct trade negotiations using a new template setting common terms for many of the talks over President Trump’s reciprocal tariffs, The Wall Street Journal reported on Friday.

Officials plan to use a framework prepared by the U.S. Trade Representative’s office that lays out broad categories for negotiation, the report said citing unnamed sources and a draft document outlining the negotiating terms.
