CFA: Bank of America Said THIS

A note from our friends at Decentralized Masters(ad)

Dear Reader,

On January 24th, 2022, Bank of America told Bloomberg something that should terrify every American with a savings account…

The digital dollar is inevitable.

Most Americans missed it completely.

This is your bank talking.

The bank where your neighbors have mortgages. Where your family keeps savings. Maybe where you have your retirement money.

And they just admitted they’re about to trap your wealth in a digital cage.

Think about what this means.

When the digital dollar goes live, every dollar you saved could suddenly be trackable at the transaction level.

Imagine the worst case scenario:

You’re now subject to new digital withdrawal limits and spending restrictions.

Your account can be frozen remotely without court approval.

Bank of America knows this is coming. They’re helping build it. And they’re telling you it’s inevitable.

But here’s what Bank of America didn’t tell Bloomberg.

There’s still a way to protect your wealth before this digital prison locks.

The escape route?

Become your own bank before they flip the switch.

I’m an ex-Wall Street investment banker and CFA© Charterholder who witnessed this plan firsthand.

And I’m not the only one moving.

The largest institutions on earth are already migrating from the system they helped build.

BlackRock launched its tokenized treasury fund directly on-chain. JPMorgan processes over $1 billion daily through its own blockchain. Visa is settling stablecoin transactions outside the traditional banking system entirely.

They’re not waiting for the digital dollar. They’re building the exit.

While everyone else gets trapped in Bank of America’s digital system, my research team has been positioning members outside that reach… completely under their own control.

Our research methodology was independently audited by Conquest Investment Advisory AG, a German firm regulated by BaFin.

Across 571 research signals, 86.34% rose more than 20%, with an average historical return of 416.88% to all-time high*.

No government tracking. No withdrawal limits. No remote freezing.

Financial sovereignty.

I just released this important video showing exactly how to become your own bank before the digital dollar launches.

P.S. Bank of America said 2025 to 2030. We’re inside that window now. BlackRock and JPMorgan are already through the exit. See how to follow them out before the digital dollar locks in →

Copper Loses a Supply Risk. Watch What Miners Do Next.

The strike at Antofagasta’s Centinela copper mine in Chile is over. Traders should watch how copper and the miners price the relief.

Market Snapshot

Workers from two unions at Chile’s Centinela copper mine ratified an agreement with Antofagasta Minerals on a new collective bargaining contract on Sunday, October 18, ending a strike of more than a week. The Distrito Centinela and Minera Esperanza unions confirmed that 94.49% of participating workers voted to approve the proposed collective agreement. The vote cleared the final condition for resumption of normal operations.

More than 700 members of the two unions had begun the strike on October 7 after contract talks broke down. The stoppage ended with a 36-month collective agreement in place. Antofagasta said it managed to maintain production at normal levels throughout the stoppage, avoiding any negative impact at the mine, which produced 240,400 metric tons of copper in 2025.

Stocks in Focus: ANTO, FCX

Antofagasta (ANTO) came into this morning carrying more than just the Centinela resolution. Shares fell more than 6% on Thursday after the miner’s initial production outlook for 2027 fell short of analyst expectations and higher diesel prices pushed up its cost forecast for this year. The company also increased its full-year cash cost guidance to between $2.60 and $2.70 per pound, up from $2.40 to $2.60, citing higher diesel prices. The strike resolution removes one overhang, but the stock enters Monday with fresh cost pressure already baked into the share price.

For Freeport-McMoRan (FCX), the read-through is cleaner. Freeport is up sharply in 2026, riding the same copper surge that made Centinela’s disruption risk matter in the first place. A quieter supply picture in Chile is not a disaster for FCX, but it removes short-term urgency from copper’s front-month contracts.

Sector Watch: Copper and Miners

Copper was around $6.56 per pound as of October 16, and it remained near record highs. The all-time peak on Comex was about $6.894, set on September 9, 2026.

The Centinela stoppage was one of two simultaneous supply threats in Chile’s copper belt over the past two weeks. BHP and the supervisors’ union at Escondida, the world’s largest copper mine, reached a deal over improved compensation and benefits on October 15, also averting a strike. Both threats are now resolved. The threat of a stoppage at Escondida had helped support copper prices, along with low LME copper inventories, fuelling supply concerns.

With both labor risks cleared, the near-term disruption premium that had been embedded in front-month copper has less justification. Strike threats can lift copper’s front-month price as traders price in a short-notice supply hit. When a deal looks likely, that premium can unwind faster than the longer-term story changes, softening the curve at the front even as longer-dated prices hold.

Technical Radar

  • Copper (HG): Watch whether the metal holds above $6.50. A failure there would suggest the disruption premium has fully unwound. The September record near $6.894 is the ceiling traders will reference on any bounce.
  • ANTO: The stock fell from above 4,000p to the 3,300-3,400p range through October. The Centinela resolution clears one headwind, but cost guidance and the softer 2027 production outlook keep pressure on a recovery above 3,600p.
  • FCX: With its year-to-date gain intact, watch for a hold of its recent consolidation range on the back of a calmer supply backdrop.

The Cheat Sheet

  • Top Market Theme: Two Chilean copper labor disputes resolved in five days, stripping the near-term supply risk premium from a metal already near record highs.
  • Stock to Watch: ANTO. The strike end is positive, but cost guidance and a below-consensus 2027 production midpoint are the real questions this week.
  • Sector to Watch: Copper miners. Relief on supply risk could prompt a short-term fade in the names that rallied hardest on disruption fears.
  • Biggest Risk: Chile’s copper production between January and August 2026 fell 7.7% compared with the same period last year. Labor peace restores sentiment, but it does not fix output.
  • One Thing to Remember: Centinela maintained full production throughout the strike. The supply risk that moved copper prices was always more about fear than lost tonnes. Now that the fear is gone, so is the premium.
